    The official and labor decorations are always in stock and can be delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days.

  • Can I have my order delivered? + –

    Please clearly indicate whether you will be picking up your order yourself or if it can be delivered.
    Deliveries are made via UPS (within Europe) or TaxisVerts (Brussels).
    You will always receive clear information regarding the delivery time – track and trace.

  • Is an appointment required for the showroom? + –

    Not mandatory, but highly recommended. This way, we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Scheduling an appointment takes less than a minute via our contact form.

  • Which payment methods are accepted? + –

    For all orders, we work with electronic invoices (e-invoices), safely and quickly.
    This system ensures a uniform standard – PEPPOL – so that invoices can be easily processed in accounting and ERP software.
