Can I still change my order?

We work with electronic invoices (e-invoices) via the PEPPOL network, compatible with most accounting and ERP packages. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of invoice.
Can the products be personalized?
Yes, all our trophies, medals, awards, and nameplates can be personalized with text, logos, or images.
How do I submit my logo or text?
Logo(s) are best sent directly to our engraving service in a high-resolution or vector format (such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF).
We would appreciate receiving texts in a Word file.
Will I receive a design for approval?
Yes, for personalized orders, we always send a digital design (proof) for approval before starting production.
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time varies depending on the product and the order. You will receive an indication of the delivery time upon confirmation.
Can I have my order delivered?
Certainly. Please indicate with your order whether you wish to pick up or have it delivered. Deliveries via UPS (Europe) or Taxis Verts (Brussels) with track & trace.
