How can I order medals? + –

There are various options for ordering your medals:

Can I have my order delivered? + –

Please clearly indicate whether you will be picking up your order yourself or if it can be delivered.
Deliveries are made via UPS (within Europe) or TaxisVerts (Brussels).
You will always receive clear information regarding the delivery time – track and trace.

What is the delivery time for pins? + –

Our delivery times depend on the chosen material and the desired finish.
Upon approval of the design, we will start production immediately.

Delivery guidelines: average 4–6 weeks , depending on complexity and print run.

We keep you updated every step of the way so you know exactly when your pins will be delivered.

Which payment methods are accepted? + –

For all orders, we work with electronic invoices (e-invoices), safely and quickly.
This system ensures a uniform standard – PEPPOL – so that invoices can be easily processed in accounting and ERP software.

Is an appointment required for the showroom? + –

Not mandatory, but highly recommended. This way, we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Scheduling an appointment takes less than a minute via our contact form.
